Although Thiess Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Thiess Pty Ltd, it operates as an independent business entity and has a strong distinct culture and corporate identity.

Strategic direction, operating policies and financial controls are approved by the Thiess Services Board in accordance with financial performance objectives and corporate governance guidelines established by Thiess Pty Ltd.

The Thiess Services Board meets regularly during the year to review the Company’s financial, health and safety, environmental, community and governance performance.

The Board’s primary objectives are to:

Ensure Thiess Services complies with its statutory obligations
Overview policy, procedures and governance
Advise the Thiess Managing Director
