Transfer Stations

Thiess Services has 20 years experience in the design, construction, ownership and operation of domestic and commercial waste transfer stations.

Safety, convenience and efficiency are our priorities and we ensure that all users, be they waste collection and bulk transport vehicle operators or members of the public, are able to use our facilities without difficulty.

Recycling drop-off centres and second-hand recycled goods markets at some of our transfer stations help to minimise the
volume of waste being transferred to landfill.

Thiess Services owns and maintains a fleet of bulk transport vehicles, including walking floor trailers and B-doubles, which are used to transport waste from our transfer stations to landfill.

We also offer a long-distance waste transport service, including management of compliance issues for the transport of waste across State and Territory borders.
